Dshred has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. For return requests due to quality issues, Dshred will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future purchase.
You may get onetime exchange on any item bought from Dshred within 7 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing.
if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All returns and exchanges for orders must be sent back to the address provided by the customer care agent at the customer’s expense.
If your product is defective, please fill out the ‘Defective Item’ form when processing your return or exchange, as this helps us conduct a quality inspection to approve your request. It would also be helpful if any photos of the defects can be shared with Dshreds customer service.
