Free Delivery on orders Rs 3500 and Above!

How do I place an order?

Access the items through the New Arrivals, Collections, Tops, Pants, Accessories or on our home page.

You can choose the collections from the drop-down menu and then sort items by color, size and length or simply scroll to see the images. Once you click on the image, you can select the size and quantity before adding it to the cart.

You will get the option of proceeding to checkout or continue shopping. If you’ve added all the items you need to the cart then press review your order button. It will direct you to the page where you’ll be asked to enter your Name, Number, Email and Password for creating a Dshred account which can be used for future orders too.

After you’ve created your account, enter billing and shipping address accordingly. You will receive a confirmation call after which your order will be processed and you will get the status of it through email.

What are the payment options?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD)

What are your delivery charges?

Free Shipping for all orders exceeding Pkr2,500 and below will be charged accordingly.

When will my order be delivered?
Last Order Processing Before 5PM

Lahore

Same day delivery by our own staff if order is placed before 10am (cash on delivery available).



Rest of the Cities

Same day dispatch from Lahore Office, with 24 to 48hrs delivery by courier service (cash on delivery available on selected items, usually items less than 5KG).

Where do you deliver?

We ship across Pakistan.

Can I get clothes custom stitched? We do apologize ma’am/sir, we are not taking customize orders at this time.

Do you have a store?

No we don’t have a retail store.

 

DO I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

Yes. You will receive your invoice in PDF format via e-mail when your order is sent out to you.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to love our products and the experience of shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. You can reach out to us at 0300-1dshred/support@dshred.com for any inquiry or assistance required.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Dshred has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. For return requests due to quality issues, Dshred will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future purchase.

You may get onetime exchange on any item bought from Dshred within 7 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing.

if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All returns and exchanges for orders must be sent back to the address provided by the customer care agent at the customer’s expense.

If your product is defective, please fill out the ‘Defective Item’ form when processing your return or exchange, as this helps us conduct a quality inspection to approve your request. It would also be helpful if any photos of the defects can be shared with Dshreds customer service.
